What's good:
The CB 1000R Standard is a variant of CBR 1000RR, which comes with a great fairing that shows everyone that this is not any ordinary bike. Everything is pretty much if it’s Honda.
What's bad:
The CB 1000R Standard has much potential on the track, but it is not blessed with any high object as the engine is borrowed from its earlier variant, CBR 1000RR ABS.
Power and mileage:
It is blessed with DOHC inline-four engine which is based on a previous model CBR 1000RR ABS, that is tuned to produce smooth power and torque delivery and it is ensured for reduce fuel-consumption.
Handling and riding:
The CB1000R offers exceptional handling, thanks to its split seats and wide, flat handlebars. And, it has light and strong Gravity Die-Cast Mono-Backbone Aluminum chassis which make it easy to handle.
Safety:
During the term of safety, it is equipped with a standard safety equipments which is ensured for a better stability on the road. Furthermore, this variant comes with an Adjustable Brake and Clutch Levers, which enable you to control the bike at sudden braking.
Maintenance:
This bike needs much maintenance after a long mile interval because it has 999cc engine and heavy body frame. Furthermore, the spare parts of this bike are too costly which has not value for money.
Verdict:
Although CB1000R is an exclusive choice in today’s market. And it has everything you expect in a CB1000R at an affordable cost. This bike completely deserves value-for-money in its class.
