SAGMart Reviews on Regal Raptor Daytona 350
What's Good:
Regal Raptor Daytona 320 is a fine looking cruiser model. Built up with a charming design language, Daytona 350 comes with a 350cc engine, which is capable to run the bike with 130kmph of speed. The bike got simpler looks as the company has not made it extra bulkier or heavier. Possessing the weight of 180 kg the bike is fun to take with you around the city..
Some Extra Features that comes with the Bike are:
- Electric start
- Pillion Footrest
- 140mm Ground Clearance
- Pillion Grabrail
- Charming Alloy Wheels
- Tubeless Tyres
What's Bad:
The main issue that most of the people face about the bike is its high price. The Daytona 350’s price is a bit higher than it looks. The power figures are also not very impressive as compared with the price of this range. Talking about comfort, seats of the bike could be more cushioned for long comfortable journeys and the speedometer is also placed facing the sky instead to facing a bit bended towards rider.
Power to Mileage
Regal Raptor Daytona 350 is powered by a 320cc, water cooled, 4-stroke, 2-cylinder, fuel injection engine which is capable of producing 22.8 BHP of maximum power at 8500 rpm with 22 Nm of maximum torque at 6500 rpm. The company claims a top speed of 130 kmph can be attained by the following model via 5 speed gearbox.
Handling and Riding
As the model is a cruiser bike it is a comfortable measure for long journeys. Generally riders have complaints with the ride quality of the bike, cruisers usually works fine on well-paved roads but shows a bit stressed on the rough roads. But the 140mm ground clearance of the bike makes it a good companion on the rough ways as well.
Safety
The model comes with a 300mm disc brake in the front wheel and blessed with a 240mm disc brake in the rear wheel. With the help of telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at both ends as a suspension medium, Daytona 350 provide a safer ride to the riders.
Maintenance
Not any kind of major maintenance issues have come in sight yet, but some of the users have complaints over the suspension getting a bit hard. Though company has six preloaded settings in the rear wheel suspension to choose from, they should keep the user requirements in mind. As it is a machinery too, so small issues can happen, no big deal in that.
Verdict
Overall, Daytona 350 is a very decent bike in a cruiser design language, better than any other bike of this kind. The looks, design and feature of the bike makes it a combatant on the streets.
