Bajaj Avenger 180 STD
The Avenger 180 is an affordable cruiser from the Bajaj Auto in comparison with the 220 Street model. At the featuring front, based on the blacked out theme, the Avenger 180 is equipped with alloy wheels, new headlight with a small cowl over it, matte black exhaust and new grab rail as well. Beneath the fuel tank, 178.6cc, air-cooled engine borrowed from the Pulsar 180 takes care propelling duties. The churned out power figures are 17hp and 14.2Nm respectively. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.

What’s Good
The Avenger Street 180 looks similar to 220 Street. Same like 220 Street facelift, it gets a new oblong-shaped headlamp with integrated LED DRLs at the bottom along with a new flyscreen above the headlamp. These two new elements give it a modern and fresh look.

Power and Mileage
The Bajaj Avenger 180 gets the engine of Pulsar 180. It makes 15.5PS at 8500prm and 13.7Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. From speeds as low as 30kmph, the bike pulls in fifth gear. It has 5-speed gearbox which is taken from the Pulsar. It uses a 38-tooth rear sprocket (Street/ Cruise 220 uses 36) which helps the bike to gather the speed quickly. The achievable top speed ranges between 110-115kmph.

Ride and Handling
The Avenger did not transmit any fluctuations to the riders on the broken road. The ride gets better with speed and the shocks never bottomed out anywhere. The extra money indicates that you will get a better-looking bike with the added performance. The Bajaj Avenger 180 is more affordable than its competitor the Suzuki Intruder 150 which is by Rs 14,500. So if you are looking for a budget bike, then the bike has hit the market and just upped its game.
