Once a bestseller in geared scooter segment in India, ‘Hamara Bajaj’, the Bajaj Chetak is set to debut again in an all-new avatar in 2019. Named after Indian warrior’s horse, Chetak could be a premium offering as witnessed from a leaked patent image. It will be priced around INR 70,000 and will be embellished with fancy features in trend like Bluetooth connectivity, all-digital instrument console, comfortable riding position with upright handlebar and wider footpegs. It will compete with the top end variants of Honda Activa, Piaggio, Aprilia SR150 in the segment.
