The 2019 Calendar Year version of the Mahindra TUV300 has been introduced to the Indian lineup. In its refreshed avatar, the SUV gets new features along with cosmetic changes. The SUV is continued to be offered in existing T4+, T6+, T8 and T10 variants and an optional T10 (O) variant as well. Among changes at skin, the TUV300 receives a piano black front grille, new headlamp setup with LED DRLs, side cladding, chin plate, etc. The new TUV 300 is being offered in seven different colour options (monotone and dual tone). It includes highway red and mystic copper, red with black, silver with black, bold black, majestic silver and pearl white.
Moving inside the cabin, Mahindra furnished the TUV300 facelift with a premium Pininfarina designed interior with silver accents. Other than this, the feature list of the SUV has been updated with new attributes like reverse parking camera, seven-inch infotainment system with GPS facility, micro-hybrid tech, etc.
Under the hood, the 2019 Mahindra TUV300 is powered by the same mHAWK100 engine performing duties in the outgoing model. The mill is rated to develop the maximum power of 100PS along with 240Nm of peak torque. While the transmission will be managed via a mated five-speed manual gearbox unit. However, the aids of an automated manual transmission which company is providing with the previous model, is not being offered with the 2019 TUV300.
As far as safety is concerned, Mahindra kept this 2019 version of TUV300 feature packed. The braking on the SUV is managed via disc brakes at front wheel and drum brakes at rear wheel. There is integration of ABS with electronic brake force distribution and other safety features are written below:
