The two-wheeler makers are following a very different strategy these days. Every other two-wheeler manufacturer had introduced fully- faired super-sports motorcycle having heavy engine displacement but everyone can't be able to bear these super sports motorcycles. Now, the companies are presenting their smaller siblings having less engine displacement and at low cost as well. Recently, the Honda has showcased its all new Honda CB 150R, a naked sibling of the faired Honda CBR150R. The motorcycle gets displayed at an exhibition of two-wheelers, which is going on in Indonesia.
The Honda CB 150R is equipped with the very same Honda CBR 150R's motor. The power train is featuring a 150cc displacement engine generating the total power of 17.5 BHP and a peak torque of 12.5 Nm. The entry-level naked motorcycle gets displayed at the ongoing motorcycle exhibition event, Indonesia Motorcycle Show, 2014. The Honda CB 150R will be competing with the existing 150cc motorcycles, such as Yamaha R15, Suzuki Gixxer, Yamaha FZ and many more.
Talking about the looks of the motorcycle, the Honda CB 150R carries similar features alike its siblings. The red colored bezel and alloys gives this motorcycle a complete sporty look and it clearly shows that it has the DNA of the well-known Honda CBR family. The Honda CB 150R is technically inspired by the CBR 150R and cosmetically it is sharing its looks from the newly introduced Honda CB 650F.
Currently, it is available in two color combinations; Black with White graphics and Red with White graphics. The graphics and naked design carried by the Honda CB 150R definitely be able to attract the youth crowd and beginners. Although, leaving some things behind, the newly introduced Honda CB 150R is pretty much similar to the elder siblings. Well, that could be so obvious, as it belongs to the same family.
