2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty Eight ready to conquer

The makeover of Harley-Davidson motorcycles just doesn't come to an end. The company is pretty much busy in embellishing the Sportster series motorcycles. Each passing day, the manufacturer has come up with a 2015 version motorcycle carrying a new livery. Now, it's Sportster Forty-Eight's turn to receive new upgrades. Here comes the list of new things which was received by the 2015 version of motorcycle.

The all new 2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty Eight will be coming carrying a new bright and shiny livery. The company added two new paint schemes on the customization list. The existing Charcoal Pearl, Vivid Black and Amber Whisky are coordinated by any two Hard Candy Cancun Blue Flake, Hard Candy Big Red Flake and Hard Candy Custom Tones. The peanut shaped fuel tank with a capacity of 7.9 liters (2.2 US gal) of fuel and the clean rear fender, both look amazing holding the new dual paint scheme. The clean rear fender is watched over by the blinkers on either side, which also features brake light functioning.

On the technical front, the 2015 Forty-Eight will get its power from an air-cooled Evolution engine with an engine displacement of 1,202cc, which is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The torque figure which has been generated by the motorcycle is 96Nm of peak torque @ 3,750 RPM. The weight of the motorcycle is 255kg. Moving towards the front side, the fat tyres of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has been sponsored by MT90. The front short fender and the rear long fender give this upcoming motorcycle a sporty look.

The motorcycle has received those classy spoked wire wheels with single-disc and the twin exhaust tail adds new flavor to the motorcycle. The handlebar of the motorcycle has gone through some modifications, as it is made up of black material and had received under mount mirrors to maintain the elegance of the motorcycle. The price of the motorcycle is not yet announced by the manufacturer.
