Here, the flagship tourer of the Japanese juggernaut has been re-designed and changed into an amazing state-of-the-art product. Yamaha Motor Sports is introducing an odd-one-out tourer-cum-off-road motorcycle named as "2015 Super Tenere Worldcrosser", giving a new definition to your riding experience.

Being an adventure-tourer, it has carried a compact design and technical specifications as well. It is packed up with a twin-cylinder, DOHC motor configuration carrying an engine displacement of 1199cc. The 4-Stroke, liquid-cooled motor is tuned by the Yamaha boffins to deliver a churning power of 112 BHP @ 7250 RPM and achieves a peak torque of 117 Nm @ 6000 revs. The 1199cc displaced engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission via a shaft final drive.

In order to achieve the amazing off-riding experience, the Yamaha has installed Telescopic front forks and monoshock at the rear, both are pre-loaded adjustable. The braking duties have been taken care by Hydraulic dual-disc brake at the front and single-disc brake at the rear, further incorporated with ABS. The motorcycle is offered with various shields or we can say protectors such as carbon-fiber side panels along with aluminum mesh protectors, carbon-fiber frame protectors and fork-protectors. It also gives a high-toned glam to the motorcycle.

The front fairing has carried a sticker of the "Super Tenere", split seat and high-mounted fuel tank. The most attractive part of the motorcycle is the Akrapovic exhaust tail being positioned, which is placed asymmetrically on the left side; below the seat. The additional multiple accessories are luggage systems, engine guards, engine pads, fog lamp kits, etc. Being an adventure-tourer, the 2015 Super Tenere Worldcrosser is equipped with Yamaha's D-Mode mapping, intelligent unified ABS, wire-spoked rims, tubeless dual-sport tyres and three-mode traction control.
Besides featuring all these features, the 2015 Yamaha Super Tenere Worldcrosser is carrying a price tag of €14.195 ($) in Germany. The firm will be offering the adventure-tourer motorcycle in two variants; Super Tenere ES and Super Tenere.
