It's been a new addition in the updated range of Bajaj Pulsar, as the Pune based venture has already affirmed the arrival of 2017 Bajaj Pulsars in the motoring market by this month end. If talks about the major and visible updations of the Pulsar 135LS, the first and easily noticeable one is the application of a new red/ black paint job, which is kind of common for the complete range of 2017 Bajaj Pulsar. Under this colour scheme, the cycle components of the facelifted commuter, which has got grey and matte black finish include engine assembly, and the exhaust silencer and clip-on handlebars respectively. Other updations comprises the replacement of split seat from a single-piece seat, embellishment of single piece grab rail in place of outgoing split one.

Powering for the refreshed Pulsar 135LS will be granted from the similar single-cylinder DTS-i motor, displaced by the 135cc. Mated to a five speed transmission, the engine is responsible of transmitting all the power output 13 bhp and 11Nm to the rear wheel. The engine has been made BS IV emission norms compliant which is going to implement in India by April 2017.

The Bajaj Pulsar 135LS will rival with the available products in the 125cc commuter segment, eg. the Honda CB Shine and Hero Glamour, as its real competitors. However these two uses less power and offers good mileage figures, but the sportier appeal and the extra displacement helps the Pulsar 135LS in dominating the segment.
