2017 Verona Bike Expo: Custom-Made Ducati Scrambler R/T and Essenza Unveiled

Highly acknowledged 2017 Verona Bike Expo has observed the unveiling of two custom made Ducati Scramblers. Both these motorcycles, the Scrambler R/T and the Essenza were transformed into an old school Scrambler and a cafe racer respectively by two different custom bike manufacturers.

The Scrambler R/T was sketched by Avil Motociclette into old dates Scramblers, which were much hyped scramblers that time. The Italian outfit which is famous for its 70s design, has took only 53 day to complete the motorcycle and that’s why, it has been tagged with the 53 number on the bike. Based on the Scrambler Sixty2. Platform, the machine has been tweaked from tip to toe means from the fuel tank to the seat to make it an old 70s Scrambler.

Similar to the Scrambler R/T, the Essenza has also been customized on to the same Scrambler Sixty2. And, besides underpinned chassis and equipped suspension, the Sixty2 has been thoroughly altered to change it into a Cafe’ Racer. Whereas, the fabricated fairing is inspired from a team punk design and exhaust is hand built. Milan-based South Garage has performed this phenomenal job of customization, which has also been recognized for rolling out amazing custom scramblers from their workshop.

As Scramblers are the flagship motorcycles for the Ducati, they do not only supports the bike maker to collect revenue, but also provide an aid of easy customisation to the custom builders to carve their creativity on them.
