2018 Ford Fiesta Hatchback Spied Testing

It looks like Ford Fiesta has gone through some overhauling lately as some fresh reports have captured a few spy shots of the prototype. It was caught on camera while getting some fresh air at the European roads. If media reports turn out to be true, the car will be rolled out in the Indian car segment by second half of the next year.

The engineering mule does not disclose much secret as it is heavily camouflaged from all the corners. Although we can expect some upgrades at the front with fresh or redesigned grille or some new attachement to give it more aggressive and bold shape. As we can see in the above pictures, the headlights are slightly large against the regular one as well as tail lights have been redesigned in two-piece horizontal manner instead of signature vertical units.

Also unknown at this point that what we will get to see at interior, but Ford may assign some latest avatar of cabin with most contemporary and advanced features. Engine details are not available at the moment, however the 2018 Fiesta can have the latest generation of EcoBoost motor with a range of petrol and diesel options.

Globally, it is supposed to be powered by three cylinder and four cylinder motor choices including  three body types – three door, five-door hatchback and a sedan. It's just a wild guess that the Indian  auto market might welcome the same body styles in future.
