Yamaha Motor is planning to introduced dual-sport motorcycle in Indian two-wheeler maker, named as Lander 250 XTZ. Recently, the another Japanese two-wheeler maker, Honda, has filed patent image for its dual-sport motorcycle in India, that is likely to be made its availability in the country by the next year. In terms of design and body cues, the Lander 250 XTZ looks very identical to the Hero Impulse and Honda's NXR 160 Bros that is currently being sold in the Brazilian market, whereas the Yamaha Lander 250 XTZ is already available in the international markets. The recently spied images are indicating about its entry as the Yamaha's new powerful off-roader motorcycle will join this space soon for Indian line-up at an attractive price tag.
The seat height of the Yamaha Lander 250 XTZ is 875mm from the tarmac, which can be difficult to ride by the younger riders. The balancing power maintained by the a 2400mm travel telescopic forks and a 220mm travel monoshock suspension at the rear. It weighs only 130kg (dry) that makes it easy to handle and ride. It has an electric start, which is standard in the motorcycle.
