The Italian luxury car manufacturer, Alfa Romeo has recently removed the cover from its latest 4C sportscar, which will be arriving in the American market very soon. This roadster is already available in Europe, while it will be the first new model from Alfa Romeo that will take entry in the U.S. with magnificent features. If we start comparing both of these variants (European and American), then the main difference would be considered in their weights. The Euro version gets a light weight of 895 kg, while U.S. spec receives 1,050 kg that makes it heavier than the former one due to the use of thicker carbon monocoque, new fuel system, air conditioning and radio.
Hence, this upcoming variant includes a weight gain of 150 kg, but still the 4C is lighter with regard to various models introducing in today’s generation. Beneath the skin, it comprises an identical powertrain as Euro version and is powered by a 1.75 litre four cylinder turbocharged engine to pump out appreciable power of 237 hp as well as superb torque of 349.80 Nm to render energetic performance for the drive.
The produced power will be sent to its rear wheels through a dual-clutch paddle-shift transmission and can achieve the stunning speed of 100 km/h between a time limit of 4.5-4.6 seconds ahead of heating the top speed of 258 km/h.
