All New DB9 GT Gets Introduced by Aston Martin

The British automobile brand Aston Martin has introduced a new version to its DB9 model with an upgraded interior and exterior. This model, named as DB9 GT, is claimed to be the most powerful version of the line-up. This all new model will be premiered at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England, which is to be held between 25 June-28 June. Besides the improved powertrain, some additional updated features include vehicle status information, Bluetooth streaming audio, hands-free text messaging and background themes on the screen which can be customised.

From outside, this model is recognised by a black-coloured splitter in the front, a rear diffuser, black anodised brake callipers and revamped headlamps and tail-lights. Further, it has 20-inches, 10-spoke alloy wheels and the fuel cap has 'GT' engraved on it.

Discussing the powertrain, this newly introduced model will be powered by a 6 litre, V12 unit, which can produce a power of 540 Hp and a torque of 620 Nm. For transmission, the engine is paired with a six-speed automatic gearbox. This power-packed engine is claimed to enable the car to go upto 60 miles per hour in just 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 183 miles per hour.

Inside this car, the cabin is equipped with the latest AMi II infotainment system with touchscreen facility with a menu set-up, which is more improved and user-friendly. The seats are covered with leather while the steering wheel gets an Alcantara wrapping. The model is already available for sale at a price of USD 199,950.
