Audi India Begs 2nd Position At Audi International Twin Cup Competition

The Audi International Twin Cup competition 14th edition took place in Saalfelden, Austria starting from July 25 to July 27. Total 34 countries participated and portrayed the expertise and skills in the test events. During the event, Audi India team stood out at 2nd in the ‘Technology’ segment.

Rahil Ansari, Audi India head said, “It is not easy to compete amongst 34 different technology teams that are well-versed with the technical knowledge and are highly efficient in their work." Further, he said, "Overcoming these challenges, Audi India team fought hard and bagged the second slot in the ‘Technology’ category. By delivering on a framework moderated by Audi AG, the team from India has clearly validated that the Audi service and technical knowledge is clearly at par with the level of service offered worldwide by Audi.”

Total 2,500 Audi dealer teams partook in the competition and only 67 teams permitted to take part in international finals. It was a two-day long event which was occupied by various demonstrations of participants in customer situations and technical expertise. The demonstration includes carrying out repairs, diagnosing hidden defects, check-in inspection, and more.

The practical and theoretical tasks of this year contained the Audi SQ7, along with a precedence provided considering a customer in the center. The competing teams faced many challenges in order to show an effective, flexible and new core service process to deliver personalized customer support. With the guided troubleshooting and technical inspection of characteristics such as the 360deg camera system has enabled the precision and technical skills to the inspection.

In the ‘Technology’ segment, Slovakia team, India team and Australia team ranked from first to third respectively.

In the ‘Service’ segment, Japan team, Russia team, United Kingdom team ranked from first to third respectively and team India stood at 5th place in this category.

In the ‘Twin’ segment, France team, Swiss team, and the USA stood from first to third while India again ranked at 5th position.
