Automatic Variant of Mahindra Scorpio Spied Testing in Nashik

Mahindra and Mahindra has already set up the updated version of Scorpio in September 2014, but this model doesn’t hold its automatic variant. Now, the manufacturer is about to launch the Scorpio facelift along with the automatic variant in India very soon. The SUV has been seen during testing on the way of Nashik alongside the Vlx badge at the rear, which has already been considered on its outgoing version. The test mule contains an ‘On Test’ sticker, while the exterior features of the car are completely unchanged, even as it also doesn’t have an ‘Automatic’ badging.

The existing Mahindra Scorpio facelift is available in the Indian market with total six transcendent versions, such as S2, S4, S6, S6+, S8, S10, regardless its latest automatic model seems to hold only one top end variant. Aside from the base version, all of the models includes 2.2 litre mHawk engine, which kick out the tremendous power of 120 bhp as well as the peak torque of 280 Nm. The cheapest variant is machined with a 2.5 litre four cylinder m2DiCr diesel mill that produces the appreciable output of 75 bhp.

The recently launched updated Scorpio has proved itself as a big selling car in the country without an automatic variant. The brand will full fill all the requirements for the customers after releasing the automatic version of the Scorpio. It is expected to get the terrific response in India and will also contradict the Tata Safari Storme.
