Benelli to Exhibit Tornado 302, Leoncino and TRK 502 at 2016 Auto Expo

A few weeks apart from now, the much awaited 2016 Auto Expo is going to witness an extensive variety of products at its end. Incorporating in the list, three new products from the Italian two-wheeler maker DSK Benelli- the Tornado 302, Leoncino and the TRK 502 will also be flaunted in the same moto event along with other charms. The trio group has been unveiled at the 2015 EICMA Motorcycle Show. All the three Tourers made a fairly good impact on the global audience, now it's time to see how they enchant the Indian audience.

InterestedFully Faired Benelli Tornado 302 Released

Powering the Tornado 302 is a 300cc in-line twin cylinder engine, claimed to produce 36 BHP of power at 12000 RPM and 27 NM of torque at 9000 RPM paired to a six-speed transmission. The bike is erected around a trestle frame, features 41mm upside down forks up front and swing arm on the rear. The sports fighter is going to be a strong contender of the Kawasaki Ninja 300, Yamaha YZF R3.

Speaking about the TRK 502, the fascinating middle-weight adventure bike flaunts with its aggressive looks and built to grab the attention of young masses. It fetches the conventional Benelli steel trellis frame. The Benelli Tornado 502 has a heart of a new 500cc twin-cylinder motor that propels 47BHP of power and 45NM of torque mated to a six-speed gearbox. Benelli's new segment of adventure motorcycles, which include the Leoncino is also powered by the same engine.

Third in the line-up, which is ready to make its grand entry at the upcoming event is the Benelli's Leoncino. The automaker give it a try to fit in the Scrambler segment. Leoncino made a splendid debut at the EICMA 2015 and hence looking forward for the same applause at the Auto Expo. It is predicted that the production version of the Tourer looks identical with its concept form, taking only a couple of cosmetic and mechanical changes. It has been engineered with a 500cc engine that produces 47BHP of power and 45NM of torque.

The awesome threesome bikes will be traded to the Indian markets by next fiscal year as completely-knocked-down units (CKD).
