The German automaker BMW is on a roller-coaster ride these days as the company is launching and teasing many cars so frequently. Just a day before today, it has showcased the how its next generation 5-series facelift would look like and now, the 6 series facelift cars have been teased in a video showing all models of the 6 series namely 640i, 650i and the range topper BMW M6 as well. All these cars have been tweaked mechanically and cosmetically to justify the tag line of BMW that emphasizes on 'Sheer Driving Pleasure'. The trailer shows all 3 models of the BMW 6 Series and gives an idea about the changes done in the exteriors and interiors.
Talking about the engine, the BMW has re-invented the 640i and 650i trims with tweaked engines. The 640i gets power form a V6 turbocharged engine that churns out the maximum power of 315 hp, while the 650i model is powered by a twin turbocharged v8 engine that delivers 445 hp power. Also, 650i's enhanced engine takes its xDrive coupe and xDrive Gran Coupe to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. And, the top model of BMW 6 series that is M6 has no changes in its 4.4 Litre twin-turbocharged engine generating 552 hp of top power.
Mentioning the cosmetic changes, the front kidney grille gets revamped with 10 vertical bars, tweaked headlights and taillights with LED and low beam light removed upper reflectors and high beam light removed from lower reflectors. Inside the car, all the latest features and devices are there to make you feel luxurious as well.
