Since the time of origin, the German automaker BMW has given a lot of things to the world with their sheer technology, excellent design and marvelous engines. Now, once again the company has teased its new X5 M and X6 M cars ahead of their launch in the next month at the L.A. motor show. BMW has actually teased a video of these vehicles in which taking a snapshot of these cars is quite a challenge for the spying paparazzi-es. The video is captured in full night mode and hence there is not much detail about them is revealed regarding design and looks.
The cars have been spotted quite a few times while testing on the roads and they'll surely get a few tweaks in the front bumper and side trails as far as the changes are concerned. Now, talking about the engines, the SUVs will get the same 4.4 Litre V8 twin turbocharged petrol engine which currently produces 555 bhp power and 680 Nm torque. However, these engine attributes could be changed a bit with power near to 575 bhp. And, the 6-speed automatic gearbox can also get replaced by the dual-clutch 7-speed or 8-speed for the better transmission.
The launch date of these cars hasn't been confirmed yet and so as the price, but after debuting at the L.A. motor show next month, these could arrive in India by the end of 2015 or early 2016. The main competitors of these SUVs will be the Mercedes-Benz AMG class and Audi Q series.
