BMW X5 M and X6 M SUVs About to Launch in India

The next generation BMW X5 M and the BMW X6 M SUVs have been globally made their appearance at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. Both of the runabouts are likely to be launched in India next year with the magnificent exteriors as well as the awesome interiors. Coming to the outlook, the cars include a quad exhaust system alongside two options for 20 inch or 21 inch M alloy wheels. They also get a rear spoiler, larger air intakes and the side grilles comprising air breathers. Inside the cabin, the vehicles feature an M instrument cluster, M steering wheel, sports seats and the exclusive footrest for the driver.

These BMW carriages are machined with a 4.4 liter V8 Bi-Turbo engine, which is similar to the engine equipped in M5 as well as M6 Gran Coupe in the country. The mills are capable to produce the spectacular power of 575 bhp between 6,000 to 6, 500 rpm and the incredible torque of 750 Nm between 2,200 to 5,000 rpm. The manufacturer has ratified that these power and torque are increased by 4 percent and 10 percent, respectively, with regards to its outgoing versions.

The tremendous all wheel drive 8 speed M Steptronic transmission system will help the SUVs to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/ h in just 4.2 seconds alongside the splendid top speed of 250 km/h. The BMW X6 M will be the opponent of the Mercedes GL 63 AMG, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and the Range Rover 5.0L V8.
