Bookings Commenced for Honda CBR650F, Launch Soon

Finally!! The most awaited sports motorcycle is now ready to make its appearance on the street road. The followers of CBR650F have eagerly kept their eyes over the red carpet for any further announcement coming in their way. The launching date is not yet confirmed, but the firm has started accepting bookings for the upcoming motorcycle, CBR650F, for an amount of INR 50,000. The promotional activities have been started for the motorcycle, whereas, some dealers started receiving the motorcycle. The farm has also confirmed that the middleweight sports motorcycle will be cost around INR 8 Lakhs, which is aggressively higher.

The company will assemble the motorcycle in the country, as the motorcycle will be coming towards the country via the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route. Initially, the company has brought down only 2 units of the Honda CBR650F in the country, carrying only 5 percent of localization. Furthermore, the motorcycle will be available in only single livery that will only be sold through one dealer per metro city.

Take a look on its technical features, the Honda CBR650F is powered by an in-line, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled and 649cc displacement engine, which delivers a maximum power of 87 BHP at 11000 RPM and a peak torque of 63 Nm at 8000 RPM. The engine is paired to a six-speed transmission. The top speed of this motorcycle has been noticed at 225 KMPH, while it accelerates the speed in just 4 seconds from 0-100 KMPH.

The middleweight motorcycle is built around on a stiff twin-spar steel frame, which nicely incorporates with a rear shock spring loaded suspensions and a front 41mm up-front forks. Moreover, the Anti-lock Braking System is standard in the motorcycle, whereas, the braking duties are performed by a 320mm twin-piston caliper disc at the front and 240mm single-piston caliper disc brake at the rear. Furthermore, the middleweight motorcycle is built in a well manner from each dimension as it measures a length of 2,110 mm, a width of 775 mm and height of 1,145 mm.
