Mahindra Zesto has been spied a lot of time in the past while on test. This time it has given a wide glimpse of its show. The images have been clicked when it was treated for the television commercial purpose. The impression of the scooter was found to be quite attractive and matches very much to the shape of other ongoing scooters in the market to which it will be competing in the future. Few name for its competition includes Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter, Hero Maestro and TVS Scooty Zest. The commercial was being shot in the miracle city Mumbai.
The Mahindra Zesto, code named as Mahindra G101 looks good in the pictures. However, we have got the images, which show only the rear portion of the vehicle. The close inspection reveals the bits getting very close to the Hero Motocorp’s Dash, which also scheduled for its next month launch. The color and design of the two seem to resemble with each other while the shape of tail light and rear grab rail make out the differences. The Zesto has drawn a bulky and robust rear grab rail, which supports the rear passenger effectively.
With the engine affair, it has gained an 110cc unit, which can develop 8 BHP of power and 9 Nm of torque. The technology of the automatic transmission is said to be named as Variomatic, based on the conventional Continuously Varying Transmission. As the images were placed while the scooter is being used for its commercial, it might happen that the launch will take place during this or the next month and probably, the launch of Mojo 300cc superbike will also take place.
