General Motors subsidiary car maker company Chevrolet has revealed the details about its next generation super sports car Corvette Stingray for the European countries with almost double price. After its international debut last year, Chevrolet started selling it out in the USA not so long back for US $ 54,995 while its European version in Germany would be costing 74,500 Euros and that is equivalent to US $ 92,000. However, this European will come equipped with the latest Z51 package of the Corvette Stingray as standard and that would bring a lot of features in this car for smoother and sportier drive with no compromise of power at all.
The Z51 feature bag will include options like electronic limited slip-differential, dry-sump oiling system, enhanced shockers and springs, effective braking system, cooling feature for differential and transmission system, re-calculated gear ratios, tyres with extra rubber and modified aerodynamics as well. But as far as the engine is concerned, there won't be any changes in its 6.2 Litre V8 petrol engine producing 460 hp power and 630 Nm torque.
This much heavy engine is enough to take this new generation Corvette Stingray from 0 to 100 km/h mark in just about 4 seconds. Well, details are nearly unconquerable to any normal car and some of the small sports car and it'll surely put up a great show against the world-famous German cars, which are known for their excellence in the automotive world.
