Chevrolet's one of the most anticipated car to launched this year in India is the Traiblazer SUV 2016 model. The car is expected to be launched in the 2nd half of the year, i.e. in 3rd or 4th quarter. Well, the latest news which has come up about the car is that it would be brought to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) or at least say for starting. The car will be manufactured at the company's Rayong plant in Thailand and once it stops producing 2015 model for starting 2016, Traiblazer will be launched in India.
Talking about the power, the SUV would get a 2.8 Litre 4-Cylinder Duramax diesel engine, which is good enough to produce 200 hp power and 500 Nm torque. Mated with the 6-speed automatic transmission gearbox, it would be launched in both 2WD and All Wheel Drive (AWD) versions in India.
Detailing its features, there would be LED DRLs, 17-18 inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, latest infotainment system from Chevrolet with iOS and Android support, tyre pressure monitoring system, reverse camera, EBD, ABS, dual front airbags and EBS are some of the expected ones. The price, however, hasn't been revealed yet and as soon as any information is available on it, we'll let you know about it.
