Datsun First Ever Go Cross Concept Revealed At Auto Expo 2016

Datsun has showcased its first ever crossover with the Go Cross Concept at the Delhi Auto Expo. The car first came into the picture in Japan, at the Tokyo International Motor Show 2015. This concept is based on the manufacturer’s MPV the Go+. The car is expected to make it to the Indian market by the second quarter of 2016.

One can easily figure out that Datsun has given some serious note to the looks of the car. The front has been angular headlamps and large round fog lamp just below them, like those in the pre-facelifted Skoda Yeti. However, as it's a concept, the actual layout is bound to deviate from the revealed one, but still it could retain a lot of its concept. The layout and basic structure of the car could remain identical to the basic concept. It is expected that the car’s interior will be as magnificent as the exteriors, along with proper features like touchscreen infotainment system, climate control and digital driver information cluster.

Datsun Go Cross Concept Launched at Auto Expo 2016

Datsun will feature a 3-cylinder 1.2-litre petrol engine, and On the diesel front, it will be powered by the 1.5-litre dCi motor, same as used in Renault's Duster. Prices of the Go Cross can be expected to be in or around the price bracket of INR 7 to 11 lacs.
