Datsun Launches Remix Editions of Go and Go Plus

The Remix Edition of Datsun Go and Go Plus were launched recently. As the name suggests the changes are only cosmetic.The roof and the hood now adorn new body graphics coupled with an all-black interior. The limited edition variants have been priced at Rs 4.21 lakh and Rs 4.99 lakh respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi). The design of the new offerings suggests T variant models.

An all-new black exterior with orange decals adorns the two Remix versions. The white exterior of the GO Plus is intensified by a dual-tone treatment. The white exterior has a touch of intense orange-black decals. Dual Tone exteriors lend fresh appeal to the MPV and the hatchback.The Automaker is also offering dual-tone silver paint scheme instead of the orange for the two editions.

The Remix Edition now has a Bluetooth audio system, electric power steering as well as front power windows and AC with a heater. Security features include manual central locking and remote keyless entry as standard. In addition to all this, the remix edition also exclusively gets an all-black front grille, black wheel covers, black interiors, chrome bumper bezel and special seat covers.The Remix Edition variants do not get airbags though. Those who keep the safety on top of the list need to go for the standard GO and GO+ based on the top T(O) variant.

The two offerings have little mechanical changes. The same 1.2-litre petrol engine coupled to 5-speed manual transmission drives the GO and GO+. The engine can churn out a max power of 68PS and peak torque of 104 Nm. The cars claim a mileage of 20.1 km/l.
