DSK Hyosung has launched its new Hyosung GT 260R in Pune. Hyosung GT 250R, the so called 'Big Boy' by company is now available in India at the price of 2.76 lacs INR. Though there is no change in the mechanical department but this time bike comes with more aggressive and aerodynamic looks, this time bike is with more attractive body graphics and changed head lamps. But it is not at all a mileage bike as it is meant for pure performance.

The new Hyosung is available in three different colours that are Red Titanium, White Titanium and Black Titanium, and each colour is available in three different tone shade. There is no change in the mechanical department as bike is still offered with 249 CC, four stroke, Oil-Cooled, V-Twin engine which gives a peak power of 28 PS at 10,000 RPM and maximum Torque of 22.07 Nm at 8,000 RPM. GT 250R is provided with Five Speed Manual Transmission Box. The bike reaches from 0 to 100 KMPH in 8.33 sec and top speed of 140 KMPH, though bike is good and attractive in looking but in engine configuration, it is not able to compete to other brand models like Honda 250R and KTM Duke 390.

We are very dynamic as an organization and have always adapted ourselves as per the changing customer profile, preferences and purchase decisions. Over the years we have tracked this behavior and incorporated elements of customer feedback in this New GT250 R. I am confident that this exciting avatar will appeal to the new-age speed aficionados who are looking for not only great technology but unmatched aesthetics and sporty looks. This superbike has been attractively priced at Rs.2,76,000 (ex-showroom Pune)".
