Ducati Panigale 959 launched in India at INR 14.37 Lakh

After first showcased in india, at the 2016 India Bike Week in February, Ducati’s Panigale 959 has been launched in Mumbai today at the price of INR 14,37,450 (Ex-showroom Mumbai). The new Ducati Panigale 959 is the successor of 899 Panigale and is on display at the Ducati dealership in Bandra. This superbike shares the same stylistic features as the Panigale 1299 with the improved engine performance.

The latest generation racing bike is powered by all new 955cc L-twin Superquadro engine which meets the Euro 4 emission standard.

At the launching event, Ravi Avalur, Managing Director, Ducati India said, “Science we first unveiled the first model, our dealers have received an overwhelming interest from motorcyclist all over the country. The 959 Panigale is the embodiment of Ducati’s premium sports bike culture and is now on display in Bombay at our Bandra dealership.

The remarkable feature includes ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and Engine Brake Control (EBC), and three pre-programmed power modes. You can switch among these three modes, Race, Sport and Wet modes.

The new 959 Panigale also features DQS, for clean and fast gear shifting. The super sport bike is available in red with black wheels. Company’s current dealership locations are Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Pune, and also planning to expand its network by opening two new dealerships by the end of this year.
