The updated version of Yamaha FZ will launch in Indian market by the coming August with its new looks and styling. During its spot testing near Greater Noida Expressway, some images had been clicked which doesn't show major modifications.
The new Yamaha FZ will point some new features like air scoops near the tank, new exhaust, rectified tail lights, number plate holder. The single seat has been exfoliated, which makes it much prettier than the old Yamaha FZ. The front end is also commuted. Some other changes were also noticed like its rear tyre mud flare was longer, similar to Yamaha R15. The lenses in the indicators are much clearer.
It is highly assumed that the 2014 Yamaha FZ would be energized with more potent engine, while the elaboration of this engine is not exposed yet. But it is certain that the new FZ won't be powered by 250cc engine. Rather Yamaha may expose FZ with 170cc engine and 17PS of max power that will be surprising. This new Yamaha can compete with Honda CB Trigger and new Suzuki Gixxer 155. Yamaha is assumed to launch its new Yamaha FZ by August 2014 in the Indian markets.
