The famous director, actor and singer of Bollywood, Farhan Akhtar has been chosen as the brand ambassador for the most hottest Ford Figo Aspire compact sedan. He praised this car while appreciating its designing and styling features, which will be shared with the Fiesta and EcoSport. Design wise, it will get Ford's signature grille, layered bootlid with chrome strip and 14 inch alloy wheels. Moreover, the sedan is expected to receive daytime LED running light as well as projector set up. Inside, there will be SYNC technology, including Ford Applink, airbags and emergency assistance.
Recently, the Ford Figo Aspire interior has been completely revealed by the manufacturer, which ratifies that the vehicle will feature an impressive equipments for the passengers. Mechanically, the runabout is likely to be available with three powertrain options, such as 1.2 litre TIVCT petrol, 1.5 litre petrol and 1.5 litre diesel units. The former one will be carried forward from the current Figo hatchback, but the oil burner variant will borrow its unit from the EcoSport and Fiesta.
Notably, the diesel version is probably to be detuned for the betterment of fuel efficiency that is likely to make a fuel economy figure around 25 km/l. On the other hand, the 1.5 litre petrol model seems to arise as the top end model with a 6-speed dual clutch automatic transmission system.
