Harley-Davidson unveiled the new Softail range bikes and the line-up contains Fat Bob, Heritage Classic, and Street Bob. The company wants to discontinue the Dyna range of models because it owns one single family and here is different models which share the platform and engine set up. Harley-Davidson is excited to launch a new version with new Milwaukee 8 107 engines. But alas! India-specific motorcycles by Harley-Davidson will not get Milwaukee 8 114 engines set up.
The first motorcycle in 2018 is Fat Bob which has experienced a well-maintained revision in terms of amazing design and appealing stylish look. The Fat Bob stands out uniquely with all-square LED headlamps and exceptional look combined with the fat and chunky tires. The motorcycle is equipped with a 1,745 cc V-twin engine which is able to churn out 145 Nm of peak torque.
Other bikes in the lineup are the Street Bob and the Heritage Softail Classic; both the bikes share the same 1,745cc V-twin engine. All three bikes have got the changes and modified enough to keep passersby staring at. The revisions include a new strong chassis, weight reduction set up, better handling modification, a more advanced and strong engine configuration. The bikes are ready to flaunt the 2018 market and they have priced the Fat Bob, the Street Bob, and the Heritage Softail Classic at INR 13.99 lakh, INR 11.99 lakh, and INR 18.99 lakh respectively.
