First Lucky Customer Get Delivery of 2018 Suzuki Hayabusa, Priced at INR 13.87 lakh

One of the most desirable superbikes in the Indian market, the Suzuki Hayabusa has been updated for the 2018 model year. Whereas, the motorcycle’s official launch has become a past. The bike’s sales that were speculated to kick off early this year, has been started. As the delivery of the new 2018 Hayabusa that is priced at INR 13.87 lakhs, has been given to the first owner. The Dream Suzuki Delhi dealer handed over this new bike to Mr Arjun.

Suzuki Hayabusa that is one of the fastest sportbikes present in the Indian biking industry, has a good market with impressive sales figures. Whilst, the revived 2018 model will work as a catalyst in graph up the sales as expected. Underpinning the powertrain with monstrous power of 197PS, the beast can easily touch 299kmph mark on the speedometer.

One of the major reasons for the hike of Hayabusa’s sale is a huge cut in the price of around INR 2 lakhs last year. The local assembly of Hayabusa instead of importing it via CBU route earlier made it possible to the bike maker. That result in the movement of biking enthusiasts and Hayabusa lovers to the dealerships.

Going by the Suzuki Motorcycles India plans, the Hayabusa would not be the one to assemble locally. The auto major is looking forward to assembler more superbikes at its India based manufacturing units, which will not only help in deepening the brands’ root in the Indian market but also will provoke other international brands to roll out their models in the premium segment.

With this initiative of premium bikes’ local assembly, the automaker is posing a threat against its potent rivals like Triumph, Kawasaki and Benelli.
