Seems like Hero Motocorp strongly urges to become India's most popular two-wheeler brand as the sales figures of Duet has overtaken the Maestro and Maestro Edge. The graph of scooter shows the sales of over 39,271 units in April 2016, which is quite a big number.

Talking about Hero Duet and Maestro, both are developed as first indigenous scooters in the country. However, the former didn't get any relevant response at the initial stage, but the sales are whooping from the past couple of months. Currently, the scooter is enjoying the perquisite of being as a top-selling scooter in India surpassing the sales numbers of Maestro and Maestro Edge. Disregarding the dependence on Honda, the commuter tourer was engineered on a brand new platform.
