Hero Launches HF Deluxe with i3S Technology, Priced at Rs 46,630

India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturing firm, Hero Motocorp has silently introduced 2017 HF Deluxe i3S at Rs 46,630 (ex-showroom, Delhi). In the updation queue of its commuter motorcycles, the HF Deluxe is the new addition featured with 'Idle Start Stop System' a.k.a. i3S technology. The commuter motorcycle is available in number of variants such as kick-start, spoke wheels, and self-start alloy wheel model.

The i3S technology on the motorcycle works by killing the engine when the bike is in idle state and all gears neutral. The engine can easily be start again just a pull of level back. Hero claims that the i3S technology tunes motorcycle to offer increased fuel economy.

The other noticeable attributes in the new HF Deluxe i3S are the graphics. Apart from this the bike will also be offered in three dual-colour options including Black-Blue, Black-Red and Black-Purple. For the updated HF Deluxe, the company has not announced any official fuel economy. But, the regular trim is said to return 88.5 kmpl. Chances are, the HF Deluxe with i3S will definitely offer an enhanced mileage figures.

At the engine end, the HF Deluxe i3S is continue to be powered with the same 97.2 cc motor. The engine makes out 8.24 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The complete produced power will be dispatched to the rear wheel via a 4-speed manual gearbox. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 110 kg. As the BS-IV emission norms has already been implied in the country, the HF Deluxe i3S also gets the BS-IV compliant engine and the auto-headlamp on (AHO) feature. In Delhi region, the Hero HF Deluxe i3S will priced you around Rs. 53,625.
