Hero Two-Wheelers Getting Costlier by Upto INR 900 from October 2018

As per a recent announcement, Hero MotoCorp is all set to increase the prices of its two-wheelers from next month. Motorcycles, as well as the scooters in Indian lineup, will see the hike in price by upto INR 900, which will be effective from October 3, 2018. However, the increase in price will be decided to depend upon the model and its specific market. When asked, the reason behind the price hike, the automaker revealed-increasing commodity costs and currency depreciation as major factors.

Earlier, back in April 2018, an upward revision of upto INR 625 in motorcycles as well as scooter pricing was also witnessed as a part of the regulatory filing. Like now, the compensation of rising input costs and commodities prices were the revealed reasons behind settling down the price of Hero India product lineup.
