Honda Just Launched 2019 Amaze, Jazz, WR-V Exclusive Editions

For three of its model, Honda has launched limited-run Exclusive editions- the Amaze compact sedan, Jazz premium hatchback and WR-V crossover. Look wise, these special-edition models are different from the original models while the powertrain has not been changed. The price stickers of Amaze compact sedan, WR-V crossover and Jazz Exclusive edition is Rs 7.87 - 8.97 lakh, Rs 9.35-10.48 lakh and Rs 9.23 lakh respectively which is Rs 12,000 - 19,000 costlier than their own top variants.

The Exclusive edition of all the three cars is based on their respective higher-spect trim- the Amaze VX MT, the WR-V VX MT and the Jazz VX petrol-CVT. All the three new models has 90hp of maximum power, 1.2-litre petrol powertrain of Honda. The Amaze and WR-V Exclusive editions are also powered by 1.5-litre diesel powertrain which churns out 100hp of maximum power. But on Exclusive edition, there is no manual-transmission Jazz on offer.the safety kit and equipment list of Exclusive models have the same as of the top-spec variants

What Honda Has To Offer in 2019 Exclusive Edition

  • The Amaze Exclusive edition get black wheel-caps, a sliding front armrest and console box, illuminated door sills, unique seat covers and a new logo.
  • The outer part of WR-V Exclusive edition has unique body graphics, blackened rear spoiler with an LED light and a new emblem while the inside has unique seat covers and illuminated door sills.
  • The exterior of the Jazz CVT Exclusive is furnished with a tailgate spoiler, alloy wheels, body graphics and a new emblem while the interior gets new seat covers and illuminated door sills.

“Radiant red” and “Orchid white” are the two exterior paint options of all the three Exclusive edition models.

Some of the accessories on the Exclusive editions are from Honda factory while many of them are dealer-fitted. Like the dealer will paint the tailgate spoiler on the hatchback and its crossover sibling and the alloy wheels of Jazz will be fitted from the factory.

These three limited-run Exclusive editions will help Honda dealers to increase their sales before the end of the fiscal year 2019-2019.

Rivals

  • The Amaze will compete with the rivals Maruti Suzuki Dzire which is still the current segment-leader in sales and recently launched Ford Aspire facelift.
  • The Jazz will compete with the rivals the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Hyundai i20 which were updated last week.Honda after few weeks will bring its all-new Civic executive sedan to Indian market to compete with the rival Skoda Octavia and Toyota Corolla Altis.
