As we reported a few days ago, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is all geared to launch the Adventure and Chrome editions for the Navi soon. Ultimately, without making too much wait for those who were pondering to opt one of these, the two wheeler manufacturer has introduced these two new trims in the existing lineup. With this new addition to the range, the number of choices has increased for the Navi lovers, along with the available customization options in colours such as green, red and orange, and with a common detachable storage unit option for the rider’s belongings. However, no comments on pricing end have been made by the HMSI.
As per the company’s sales report, the Navi is doing well and continues to receive the same aggressive response from the focused young customers. The October 2016 sales record revealed that the brand has crossed the cumulative sum of 50,000 units mark within six-month duration of its market availability. Apart from this, the Navi has also garnered an impressive milestone of exported 2000 units in four months. Currently, only the Nepal and Sri Lanka markets are having the availability advantage of this popular “Monkey Bike”. But soon, as the auto major is on the verge of expanding its reach to the new markets, a number of other countries will also be availed by these amazing tourers.
The company said, earlier too, the strategy of providing customization accessories has turned out a positive step for the company, to revive the customer's response. And again this up gradation in Navi’s customization options will enhance the choices numbers of the buyers to choose from and personalize their beloved Navi in their own way. Altogether, the online booking facility is also being provided via an android mobile application, for the media savvy audience.
Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, HMSI said at the launch event, “We are extremely pleased with the response that Navi has received. We have succeeded in grasping imagination of the youth with this unique product. The new shiny sparkling chrome and wild untamed Adventure editions are sure to provide an extra dose to those who have an appetite for Fun. We will continue to surprise our customers and add more fun with expansion of customization options.”
