Honda to Unveil NXR 160 at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo

Two years prior in 2014, the Japanese epic motorcycle manufacturer, Honda, has launched NXR 160 in Brazil to fulfil the needs of all the off-road bike enthusiasts. It was at that time when the automaker announced about the debut of the motorcycle in India. If rumors are said to be true, we will see Honda NXR 160 at the upcoming Auto Expo, which is about to make its presence alive shortly. The Tourer will serve all the requisites of adventure loving off-roaders.

Since after the demise of Hero Impulse from the Indian two-wheeler market, the off-road riders are waiting for a quite long period for a good adventurous Tourer. The Indian manufacturer strieved pretty well to initiate a new segment, but the major reason behind its downfall was the underpowered engine. Consequently, Impulse didn't make a nice impression in the country and died soon. Coming back towards Honda NXR 160, the motorcycle is already being vended in international commercial two-wheeler markets with a Powertrain of 162.7cc single cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 14.6BHP of power at 8500 RPM and 14.41NM of torque at 6000 RPM.

As per the exteriors, the bike looks identical to the 2013 Hero Impulse but assures for better built, which inevitably boots up the excitement for both on and off-road rides. It is anticipated that the motorcycle will be priced at around Rs. 73,000.
