Honda XRE 300 Will Make Its Way to Indian Ground by October 2017

Honda XRE 300 is an adventure segment motorcycle from the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer. As per the surfaced recent rumors, the Honda XRE 300 could be the second product from Honda stable to mark its availability in the Indian market this year after the Africa Twin. it is expected to hit the market sometime around October with the price tag under INR 2 lakh. The day to day evolvement in the auto industry has made the major players to launch products almost in every category.

As for now, Honda XRE 300 is on sale only in Brazilian market. Beneath the fuel tank, the motorcycle is equipped with a single cylinder 291.6 cc fuel injected engine. The said motor is capable of producing 25.4 HP at 7500 rpm and 27 Nm at 6000 rpm.

It is featured with 13.8 liters capacity fuel tank and comes with a better ground clearance of 259 mm which made it a true adventure tourer. Owing to its typical off-road design it manages to have overall weight near about 153 kg for the ABS variant. Other than this, for braking it is embellished with a 256 mm disc at the front wheel and a 220 mm disc option at the rear wheel.

At the wheel front, the XRE 300 runs on a huge 90/90-21 wheel up front and 120/80-80 wheel at the rear end.
