Hyundai iSeries cars are very famous in the world for their style, looks and performance as well. The anticipated cars of the iSeries are i10, i20, Grand i10, i30 and i35 as well. Now, among them, only i10 and i20 are available in India with i30 on the cards of the company. The Hyundai is also planning to launch the Grand i20 just like the Grand i10 which is the numero uno car in the Indian hatchback car market in India.
The new i20 has also been spotted testing with the camouflage and will be demoed to the world at the Paris Motor Show in October and after that it'll be launched in India as well. The new i20 will have many changes like the diamond cut alloys, increased size and it has the appeal with even more maturity. Inside the car, there are AC vents, latest infotainment system and will be available in new colors as well. The engine may remain the same, as the 1.4 Litre CRDI diesel engine is performing very well with 6-speed manual transmission gearbox. But, there could be the introduction of small capacity turbo charged petrol engines as well.
The i20 is a good performer for the Hyundai India with the sale of around 3500 units per month and with the launch of this new face-lifted Grand i20, Hyundai India will surely strengthen its already firm position in the hatchback segment car market in the country.
