Hyundai Sells Out Five Millionth Car In India

As Hyundai completed 19 years in India, this time it is tagged for rolling out the 5 Millionth Car Milestone with the launch of the new Hyundai Verna. The most interesting thing is that this is the quickest 5 millionth car production milestone acquired by any car maker in Indian passenger automobile segment.

Hyundai launched its 1st Millionth Car, the Santro, in 2017 just passing 8 years and 7 months from the starting and touched the 3 Million Mark in less than 2 years and 8 months around July 2013 chased by the next quickest 4 Million Mark in 2 years and 4 months around Nov 2015. And now it touched the milestone of 5 million cars in India just by taking two years. The variants to make this journey successful and magnify their presence in past two decades takes i10 Grand, the Hyundai Elite i20, Hyundai Santro and Hyundai Creta.

Further, he revealed a plan to launch eight products (including facelifts and refreshes) under HMIL in India by 2020.
