Hyundai to Launch Santa Fe 2015 Soon

The famous Korean car-maker Hyundai is looking to expand its portfolio in all segment apart from the hatchback where it already is leading with Grand i10 and Elite i20 cars. Recently, the company has launched Elantra Sedan facelift as well and now it possible that the company might launch Santa Fe Compact SUV soon too. There would be many changes in the car, however, cosmetic only and the mechanical parts would be the same as available in current model. The car is supposed to debut during the last quarter in India in thus very same year.

The interior cosmetic changes of the car will include features like 8-inch touchscreen navigation system with route guidance and voice assist, 3 years of map updates from purchase, DVD player with iPod, USB and Bluetooth and Aux-in connectivity. On the exteriors, the car will get automatic headlights which will itself glow in the dark. 

As mentioned that the engine will remain the same, that is 2.2 Litre 4-Cylinder diesel mill having the options of both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission system. The automatic version will produce 197 PS power and 445 Nm torque, while the torque is 429 Nm for manual version. Also, the automatic version is available in both 2WD and 4WD option and the manual one is available with only 2WD system. The compact SUV segment is really running hot in the market and will compete against the likes of Ford Eco-Sport and Renault Duster as well.
