Hyundai Venue Coming Close To Launch in India

Hyundai Venue is a hot topic among the car enthusiasts across the country as there are much details of the upcoming SUV from the house of Hyundai. It was recently revealed that the new SUV will be coming with an array of class leading connectivity features.

It has been confirmed that the Hyundai Venue compact SUV will get class-leading connectivity features which has been documented. Hyundai wants to compete with the rivals in terms of the cabin connectivity and want to give the SUV the best in-car connectivity. The company has disclosed the details of the connectivity features of the Venue which are the part of the global Blue Link technology of the Hyundai. The carmaker has named it as the ‘Smart Connected SUV’ and as the name suggests it will be furnished with 33 connectivity features from which 10 are developed for India.

The system will be given an inserted Vodafone Idea SIM card and will also get the cloud-based services. Present Auto Link technology of Hyundai India gives information about the driving behaviour and vehicle health and as compared to it, the Blue Link is more inclusive.

Safety Features of the Hyundai Venue

Safety Features of the Venue on Blue Link which will pull the the customers towards the SUV are the-

• Auto Crash Notification which is same as the Emergency Assistance System of Ford. it will automatically alert emergency services in the case of the collision with the help of the GPS coordinates.
• A button is also given on the internal rear-view mirror which can be pressed to activate an SOS message, summon roadside assistance or can even send a panic message to the registered friend or family member.
• Remote monitoring of the security of vehicle.
• If the vehicle is stolen, then the owner will be informed automatically and they will have the option to deactivate the mobility of SUV.
• The owner can also track the SUV anytime through GPS.
• The owner can set up the system by which they will receive an alert when their Venue crosses certain speed or even leaves a predefined location through geo-fencing.

The company said that it has associated with the global mapping firm for giving the users a real-time traffic updates and live car tracking which will help them find the car easily. There will also be a ‘Find my car’ option by which you will get to know where your car is parked if you have forgotten it. The user can also call the destination directly from their smartphone or remotely from the call center also.

Convenience Functions of the Hyundai Venue

The company has also equipped the SUV with few convenience functions such as-

• The user can also switch on their car even from a distance and start the climate control through an app by which the car will be pre-cooled (or pre-warmed) as per the weather of India.
• The system is user-friendly because of the AI-based voice recognition software that can also understand the Indian accents.

The company has also said that the Blue Link technology will also be embedded on other models in India in coming future.

The Venue compact SUV will be launched on 17th April 2019 and will be made available in May 2019. As per the features and technology, the company will price is no less than the Mahindra XUV300 and the Ford EcoSport.
