Isuzu Motors And Volvo Cars Expand Dealership With New 3s Facility Centers

In a bid to expand capacity and network to cater to the needs, demands and services of their growing customer base Isuzu Motors and Volvo Cars have opened all-new 3S (sales, service, and spares) facility center in NCR and Madhya Pradesh respectively. Both facilities are at par with manufacturers global standards. Here are a few key highlights of both the facilities:

Isuzu Motors

The Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles and diesel engines in association with Select Cars has opened a new 3S (sales, service, and spares) facility that spans over an area of 20,000 sq.ft. The new facility is equipped with all modern day amenities and in line with companies global standards. It also houses D-Max pick-ups and the MU-X SUV. the Select-Isuzu partnership adds to the Japanese manufacturers growing dealership centers in the country. Besides easy access to its thriving customer base in Noida, the facility boasts of trained employees to deliver a hassle-free customer experience.

Volvo Cars

In line with its Japanese counterpart, Volvo Cars, Swedish car manufacturer, has also expanded its dealership services by opening its first 3S dealership, ‘Central Volvo’, in Madhya Pradesh. The world-class facility stands tall on 18,500 sq ft of land. Charles Frump, Managing Director Volvo Car India, was present to inaugurate the facility. The new facility carries the tally of Volvo outlets to 23 across 21 cities in the country. It also plans to add three more showrooms to the list by the end of 2018. The company also claims that it's the latest offering, the XC40, registered 200 bookings within a span of only 15 days since its launch. Reportedly, the XC40 was introduced in three variants – Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription with a price tag of Rs 39.9 lakhs, Rs 42.9 lakhs and Rs 43.9 lakhs (ex-showroom) respectively.

The same sentiments echoed in the words of Charles Frump who while addressing the gathering at the inauguration hopes that the Central Volvo partnership will achieve the mid-term goal of doubling the Compact SUV segment share by 2020. He said, “The Compact SUV segment is the hottest in the luxury car space. The European Car of the Year – Volvo XC40, we strongly believe we have a winner. The XC40 comes with class-leading radar-based safety technology that is unmatched in the segment. It truly raises the bar in the Compact Luxury SUV segment in India.”
