Jeep To Reveal Seven Design Concept For 2018 SUV Fest

Jeep is planning to reveal its seven concept SUVs at the Easter Safari meet in Moab, North America. The concepts designed at Auburn Hills under chief Mark Allen take the 4x4 in a new direction, whereas a Wagoneer, Renegade, and Wrangler concepts pay attention to aftermarket kits and Mopar tuning. Allen says, “For us, the Wrangler is the nucleus of everything that Jeep does. Everything comes from the Wrangler.”
The concept models are explained below:
1. Jeep J-Wagon
Considering the basis, the Jeep J-Wagon is manufactured with the inspiration of a Wrangler Sahara. This car is made to mix urban look and off-road performance. The heightened intake prevents dust to enter the inlet of 3.6-litre V6 while the bigger off-road tyres increase the chassis. Further, the front wings increase the trail performance of J-Wagon. It takes warm grey with orange highlights as a color scheme.
2. Jeep Sandstorm
It is among the Jeep’s Moab Wrangler concepts. It features smaller rear doors, claimed to give 14 inches of front travel, 18-inch of a rear, a cut-down body, and high-articulation off-road axles. Sand-grip 39-inch OD tyres assist the car to transmit power to the ground with the help of a 6.4-litre Hemi V8.
3. Jeep Wagoneer
This is refurbished Wagoneer with Americana road trip style updates. The car was manufactured in California, naked to a bare shell along with boxed-in chassis to increase the rigidity. The original leaf suspension of the car is replaced with new coil springs, further, modern disc brakes and new steering are also added. It is powered by a 5.7-litre Hemi ‘crate’ engine.
4. Jeep Jeepster
The Jeepster takes a 2.5-degree screen lay-back, a 2-inch roof chop and the updated ‘speedy’ styling of the 1966 Jeepster. It is made of red and white color scheme just similar to the 1966 original. The Jeepster has relocated the Wrangler’s spare wheel to the back cabin so that the wheel carrier can be further enhanced from outside to carry accessories.

It is an off-road-focused model taking disconnected front sway bars in order to enhance off-road rock crawling and a 1.5-inch suspension lift. Inside the cabin, the luggage compartment gets military-style MOLLE universal equipment hangers.
6. Jeep Nacho
The parts accumulating all kit is priced around $14,000 (around Rs 9.1 lakh) as similar to the two-door Rubicon donor car. It takes 37-inch OD off-road tyres, a 2-inch lift kit, 2.5-inch Fox off-road shocks in order to enhance the off-road performance of the car. The enhancement of the looks is further extended with the help of the fuel-filler door and all-weather mats. The extensive spotlight system of the Jeep Nacho is a prototype manufactured.
7. Jeep 4Speed
The weight of the car is reduced by 431kg, but still, it is speedier as inspired by the Stitch (2013) and Pork Chop (2011) concepts.
