KTM is reportedly going to acquire 50 per cent of stake in the Austrian design firm Kiska. Currently, it has a 26 per cent ownership in the firm but now has plans to have an equal share in Kiska
Kiska has been designing almost all the bikes for KTM and KTM has reaped name and fame through it. The partnership has witnessed many years now and the Austrian bike maker has reaped off many benefits out of this partnership. Kiska has designed all the bikes of KTM from the 125 Duke to the 1290 Super Duke.

This acquisition follows the KTM’s future growth plans and would continue to launch the Bikes in the new market. The KTM’s most awaited bike 390 Adventure would be launched this year.
