Lexus Opens Up New Dealership Store in Mumbai, India

Lexus, one of the divisions of well-renowned Toyota car manufacturer, has opened its new dealership store in Mumbai, India. The new dealership store is located at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport's domestic terminal at Taj Santacruz. To create more strong network all over India, Lexus will open more new dealer stores in Gurgaon, Bangalore and New Delhi, along with after sales and service center Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai and Chandigarh.

Recently, Lexus had launched its three new models in India, RS, ES and LX range. All the three models of Lexus will be transported through Completely Built- up Unit) route. The ES 300 h is one of the Hybrid model of Lexus, which is available at Rs 55 Lakh (ex- showroom price) in New Delhi. The sedan is supercharged by a 2.5 litre DOHC VVT petrol engine along with an electric motor. The unit produces a combined 158 hp of power and 212 Nm of torque and the engine is paired with a CVT transmission. LED headlamps, rides on 17 inch alloy wheels, LED DRL's build are some of the features of Sedan.

Additionally, Lexus also launched two more models – RX 450h and LX450d. RX 450h is available in two variants, namely with RX Luxury and RX F Sport. The SUV is supercharged by a 3.5 litre, V6 petrol engine along with a Hybrid motor which creates a combined power of 308 hp and paired with an e-CVT gearbox.

The LX 450D consist of 4.5-litre diesel engine which produces 650Nm of torque and 269 hp of power. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission along with all- wheel drive configuration. From the safety point of view, the SUV features emergency automatic braking. Lexus has not disclosed the prices of LX450d. It is assumed that LX450 D will be available at price of Rs 2 crore, ex- showroom price Delhi.
