Made-in-India Suzuki Gixxer Launched in Matte Black Edition

Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited, an auxiliary of two-wheeler automaker Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan has launched its Gixxer in an all-new matte black edition in Colombia. Besides the new color option, you won't find any new attachments and features with this version. One interested can buy this bike a price tag of COP 7,350,000 or INR 1.62 Lakhs (Approx).

In order to give it more elegant and contemporary stance, the bikemaker has done an all-black treatment with gloss black graphics prominently seen all over the chassis. Moreover, the bike has also been attached with gloss black nameplate. When you will move to the name Gixxer you will find a red painted “xx”. The rest of the details are reportedly same as the regular model.

Mechanically, an all-new matte black Gixxer comes with a 155 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which is good for 14.8 PS of power at 8,000 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The duty of the brake will be taken care of by a front disc and rear drum facility.   

Well, it is no secret that Gixxer is continuously enjoying a favorable sales graph and popularity among the bike lovers. If we talk about the dimensions, it looks so much identical from all the corners. Besides, it sits on the 17-inch alloy wheels integrated with 100/80 bias-ply tyre upfront and a 140/60 radial tyre at the rear. In order to keep you away from the unnecessary trouble, the automaker has also loaded the tubeless tyre at both front and rear.
