Recently, we informed you that Mahindra is finally gearing up for the launch of its much awaited Mojo model and now reports have emerged that the company has started accepting orders for the same. The prospective buyers can get this motorcycle booked after paying a token amount of INR 10,000 at the dealerships. Although there is no official announcement regarding the deliveries of the booked bikes, it is likely to commence either by the end of September or in early October. The new Mojo has been spied so many times at several locations, which created a lot of buzz in the market.
This upcoming bike is carried on premium Pirelli Diabolo Rosso II tyres and is fitted with several captivating elements like twin headlights, LED daytime running lights, golden highlights at certain portions, upside down front suspension and a multi-functional instrument cluster. Further, its gargantuan 20-litre fuel tank gets a 3D emblem placed on both sides along with badges. Other important features include rear mud guard, dual exhaust, black colored engine case, rear mono shock suspension, well-cushioned saddle, etc.
The source of power for this bike is a 300 cc four stroke engine capable enough to pump out 32 Bhp and 27 Nm of output and is coupled to a six-speed transmission facility. This two-wheeler will be competing with models like Honda CBR 250/300 R, Kawasaki Ninja 300 R, etc. It is being speculated that the new Mojo can be launched at the price tag of INR 1.4 to 1.5 Lacs.
