Maruti Gears up Marketing For the Upcoming Vitara Brezza

After attracting so many eyes at the 2016 Auto Expo, Maruti Vitara Brezza compact SUV is not to far from getting on the Indian roads. The SUV is all set to be launched by the third week of March. Looking to this, the automaker is preparing itself to target the market. The interesting part of the all-new Brezza is that it has been developed in the country. It is based on the latest platform that keeps the body light. It comes loaded with a 1.3 liter diesel engine that produces 90 PS peak power at 4,000 rpm and a peak torque of 200 Nm at 1,750 rpm. The powermill comes mated to a 5 speed gearbox.

Once launched, it will be seen competing with close rivals like Ford EcoSport and Mahindra TUV300. Maruti Suzuki is confident enough that the car is likely to beat its competitors. Now, the company has started marketing campaign carried away by TV ads, roadside hoardings, internet, and social media platform.

We have already witnessed that the new Brezza offers some latest exterior design and interior upgrades. The exterior features projector headlights, 6” alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, integrated turn signals, and front and rear skid plates. While, the interiors get steering mounted controls, airbags, Smartplay touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, reverse parking camera, and many more.

The automaker has started taking the bookings at a down payment of INR 21,000. The price is likely to be kept in between INR 7 lakh to 10 Lakh. It will be available in six trims— LDi, LDi (O), VDi, VDi (O), ZDi, and ZDi+.
